On the tensions and tenors of a street arrest in Kampala, Uganda

In this ethnographic fieldnote, I detail how I got caught up in an ethical conundrum when my interlocutor was arrested for being "idle" in the streets of Kampala. I was torn between “saving” my intercolutor from the throes of law enforcement agents and “following” the action of his arrest.
